Widely Recognized Layer Chicken Cage System for Large-Scale Layer Farms and Superior Performance

The cage frame system provides structural support for the cage body, consisting of beams, beam hooks, buckles, and other support components. For 8 layers and below, middle supports are processed by bending entire pieces. For more than eight layers, processing occurs in two sections.

Middle support dimensions: 40mm*30mm with thickness of 1.8/2.0/2.5mm (according to tier number). Material is 440 Mg-Al-Zn alloy with zinc layer thickness of 275g/m² (Al 10%, Mg 3%). Head and tail supports are 40mm*30mm*2.0mm rectangular tubes.

All components ensure structural stability, capable of bearing the weight of tens of thousands to over one hundred thousand birds.
